Members of Congress suing for retroactive pay raises for themselves.
Each Senator annually spends an average of $4, 664, 423 for "office expenses" . Also, daily lodging and meals,
with a max $34K/yr per diem, which is in addition to their salary. Some fly via private jet services. Hmmm...
House Reps have averaged annual spending of $1, 928, 107 per rep for "office expenses" since 2023.
